Arrange a viewing of the school and an assessment test. Upon completion of the assessment, the Registration and Enrolment and Medical Information Forms will be sent to you. 

Scan and email the following documents to info.martinhouse@gmail.com

1. Completed Registration and Enrolment Form
2. Completed Confidential Medical Form
3. Copy of your child’s passport
4. Copy of your child’s birth certificate
5. Copy of Immunization Chart
6. Copy of Student Permit (where applicable)
7. Copy of Resident Permit (where applicable)
8. Copy of Most recent school report
9. Financial Clearance from current school
10. Proof of Private Medical Insurance
