Martin House Ethos
At Martin House School we aim to develop tomorrow’s adults who will be academically and emotionally to prepare for the challenges of secondary school.
We aim to inspire a love of and respect for their natural environment and the importance of conservation for future generations.
Martin House School
At Martin House School, we are fortunate to be surrounded by 80 hectares of lush indigenous vegetation, bird, and farm life.
We are also home to beautiful sports grounds, a home-away-from-home boarding facility, and well-equipped classrooms.
Martin House
Outreach
Martin House prides itself on the kind, caring and giving spirits of our children. We strive to develop compassionate human beings who have time for their neighbour.
The outreach program is designed to make our students aware that it is the small things in life that make a big difference.

Martin House School follows the National Curriculum for England in the Prep School, and Cambridge Curriculum in the College.
We believe in continuous assessment, and pupils are regularly assessed by means of projects, class activities, class tests, as well as control tests and termly
examinations. Martin House also has a computer centre with 20 workstations all with internet access.
At Martin House, we believe that to live is to learn.
Extra-Mural Program
Playing for the love of the game
It is our intention to give our children an all-round education and to encourage balance in their lives. With this in mind, we regard the coaching of sport as part of the educational process and an essential component of the experience offered at Martin House.
Boarding
A Home away from Home.
Martin House accepts both weekly and full-time boarders. A weekly bus service from and to Lusaka, delivers our boarders safely to their destinations. Our matron and teachers ensure that prep is done, but that there is also enough time to enjoy our beautiful grounds and play – like children should.
Three wholesome and balanced meals are planned daily in conjunction with a dietician and are prepared under the supervision of a catering manager. Snacks are served during school break times.
Life-long ties and friendships are forged in boarding!
Martin House
Our day and boarding school is unique. It can be found tucked safely away on Kalundu Farm, Chisamba, near Lusaka.
Learning for life.
