Application Procedure
As a parent, the choice of school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will have to make. Make an informed decision.
We encourage all prospective parents to book a tour of the school to see our busy, happy children in action.
Entrance Assessment:
Please be aware that students wanting to enter Martin House are evaluated in an interview situation, and students are required to write the Cognitive Abilities Test (CAT 4).
Letter of Acceptance:
The Principal will issue a Letter of Acceptance. The letter will be followed by an email from the admissions secretary. Please download the Registration and Enrolment Form as well as the Confidential Medical Information Form.
Enrolment Procedure:
Download and complete the following forms:
- Registration and Enrolment Form.
- Confidential Medical Form
Scan and email the following documents to info.martinhouse@gmail.com
- Completed Registration and Enrolment Form
- Completed Confidential Medical Form
- Copy of your child’s passport
- Copy of your child’s birth certificate
- Copy of Immunization Chart
- Copy of Student Permit (where applicable)
- Copy of Resident Permit (where applicable)
- Copy of Most recent school report
- Financial Clearance from current school
- Proof of Private Medical Insurance
